Psychotherapy in Isleworth

Psychotherapist in Isleworth & Fulham

I offer Individual Psychotherapy for those seeking space to explore emotional difficulties, patterns of thinking and experiences that may feel overwhelming or hard to understand alone.

As a psychotherapist in West London, I provide Psychotherapy in Isleworth & Fulham within a confidential, supportive setting, helping individuals reflect on their inner world and emotional wellbeing.

My form of individual therapy offers time to develop greater self-awareness, understand recurring challenges and move towards lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

When Life Feels Too Much

If you’re reading this, something in your life may feel heavy, overwhelming or stuck. Maybe you’ve been carrying anxiety for a long time, repeating old patterns in relationships or feeling disconnected from who you are. You might look “fine” on the outside while inside things feel tangled, uncertain or too much to hold alone.

I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, explore what’s going on beneath the surface and begin to feel more like yourself again.

IFS, ACT & Somatic Trauma Informed Therapy Tailored to You

Professional Training & NHS Experience

I’m a Psychotherapist and Couples Therapist trained at The Psychosynthesis Trust and Tavistock Relationships respectively. I have worked within the NHS, supporting clients facing a wide range of complex emotional and relational challenges. I also offer Craniosacral Therapy, a body based approach that helps calm the nervous system and deepen therapeutic change.

Attachment Based & Psychodynamic Foundations

My practise is Attachment-based and Trauma-informed based on IFS, ACT, Psychodynamic and Somatic Therapy but what matters most is that the therapy fits who you are, not the other way around. I’ve also worked within the NHS, supporting clients facing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties.

What Clients Achieve In Therapy

  • Reduced anxiety and stress
  • Greater clarity and emotional steadiness
  • Relief from long-held tension or overwhelm
  • Healthier boundaries and relationships
  • A stronger sense of identity, confidence and self-worth
  • More choice in how they respond to triggers
  • Renewed energy, purpose and authenticity

A Somatic Approach

For those who want a more embodied experience, I also offer Craniosacral Therapy alongside talking therapy. Many clients find this combination especially helpful when talk therapy hasn’t fully shifted anxiety, trauma responses or repetitive emotional patterns. This approach supports not just insight but felt, long lasting transformation.

Other Services

Alongside Individual Psychotherapy, I also offer Couples Therapy for those wanting support with relationship challenges, as well as Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle, somatic approach that can support nervous system regulation. These different ways of working can be helpful at different points and I’m happy to explore with you which approach might feel most supportive.
